Tips Kurus...

Assalamualaikum....

Ok...
tips bukan daripada ahkak yer...

*pandai² la klik bagi beso gambo tu ye*



5 or 6 small meals...
janganlah bantai nasi setiap 5-6 kali makan tu...
memang 'harapan'lah nak kurus....

Pastinya....
less carbo kan kan kan....
habislah tak laku la beras pasni...
